Tiny fragments of eggshell are meticulously mosaicked with tweezers onto a rubber wood base. Black lacquer is used to enhance the design and create a lustre. The naturally different colours in duck and chicken egg shells are used to create a variety of patterns.

Please do not put in the dishwasher but wash with hot water and washing up liquid. For more stubborn marks, use a classic polish, but do not use a scourer or any abrasive tool.
